Programs and Ohio Departments
Early Care & Education
Early care and education is a new term that encompasses all programs in Ohio that serve children birth to kindergarten entry. This includes all preschool programs (public and nonpublic) including preschool special education. The guidance of these programs falls under Ohio's new Department of Children and Youth. Resources for providers can be accessed here.
