Putting Powerful Interactions into Practice!
This Community of Learners will focus on how itinerant teachers can pass powerful interaction strategies to their partner teacher(s). The group will continue to extend their learning by applying the coaching practices in the book, Coaching with Powerful Interactions, in addition to strategies in the book, Powerful Interactions: How to Connect with Children to Extend Their Learning, to enhance their work in early learning classrooms and homes. Itinerants will learn the 10 different strategies for adults to use to extend children's learning, and how to apply the 3 steps of powerful interactions (Be Present, Connect and Extend Learning) to pass these on to their partner teacher to use with children.
