This network is new to SST 5. It is designed specifically for school teams that want to build on the "Beyond Compliance" session that was held on June 7. Teams will explore the how and why of being an inter-rater team. Teams will also be able to network in order to build their capacity on what is a compliant and beyond compliant IEP. Finally, teams will be able to collect and analyze their own IEP compliance data to determine professional learning needs for their district. Each Session will be held twice per date in order to be flexible to participants schedules. The times are; 8:30-10:00 The Regional Transition Council is a collaboration networking opportunity for professionals serving students with disabilities in the transition process which begins at age 14. In collaboration, we will identify barriers that students with disabilities face when they enter the workforce and work collaboratively to address these barriers. The council is open teachers, administrators, local businesses, agency service providers, parents, and more. As a team, we will increase everyone’s knowledge of services available to our students with disabilities to improve their postsecondary outcomes.
