Welcome to the 22-23 school year. It is hard to believe it is time to get back at it already. As you are preparing for the year, we wanted to share information with you regarding SST 5's support for Postsecondary Transition this school year.

It is an exciting time as improving the outcomes for our students with disabilities becomes a focus of our state. SST is here to support the great work you are already doing in this area and we look forward to the collaboration.
